  • 2-3 tbsp Water
  • 4 cups (435g) Powdered sugar
  •  Minimal amount of Flavorless oil (for kneading)

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, pour the bag of mini marshmallows and add a little water. Microwave the mixture until the marshmallows are fully melted, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once melted, gradually add powdered sugar to the melted marshmallows. Mix the sugar into the marshmallow mixture until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  3. Transfer the marshmallow fondant onto a well-oiled surface. Knead it while incorporating more powdered sugar as needed to prevent sticking. Continue kneading until the fondant is smooth, pliable, and easy to work with.
  4. At this point, you can add food coloring to the fondant to achieve your desired color. Knead the fondant until the color is evenly distributed.
  5. Your marshmallow fondant is now ready to use for decorating cakes and creating intricate designs.
